A tough year calls for strong leaders. That’s the essence of the Counselor Power 50 – our annual list of the most influential figures in the promotional products industry. Innovative, resourceful, strategic, and deeply dedicated, these are the entrepreneurs and executives steering their companies through challenges and shaping the industry’s path forward.

To compile the Counselor Power 50, we survey both past honorees and members of the industry at large, asking them to assess the influence of current members and nominate new candidates. We then conduct in-depth research into each nominee’s accomplishments and impact over the past year to inform our final rankings. Only executives whose companies operate as promotional product suppliers or distributors are eligible.

This year’s list, which includes seven new members, is a collective of leaders who are defining the future of the promo industry.
