Ray and Andrew Titus rise six spots on this year’s list after significant growth – with 11 new Fully Promoted (384000) franchises in the U.S. (10 more are currently in progress) and new owners in Ireland, India and Cameroon. The Counselor Top 40 distributor, celebrating 25 years this year, also now has 75 locations in Australia and is poised to hit 100 there in two years. Still, the father-and-son team aren’t known for resting on their laurels – they’ve continued to offer enhanced marketing initiatives and regional gatherings for franchisees, and they’re celebrating 2% sales growth year over year in the midst of challenging market conditions. They also made the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing companies in America.

“Hitting over 200 U.S. locations by next year is an exciting milestone we’re tracking toward,” says Andrew. “Beyond that, continuing our global expansion is key. On a personal level, my goal is to keep evolving as a leader who inspires confidence in our franchisees and ensures they feel supported every step of the way.”

Dad Ray Titus says he’s proud that they’ve been able to face down tariffs and leverage suppliers globally for franchisees while helping owners increase sales. “In 2026, I want to continue as a leader in the industry with growth of same-store sales and growth of the number of locations,” he continues. “This will be our continuous goal.”
