A past Counselor Supplier Entrepreneur of the Year, Taylor Tadmor moves up four spots in his second appearance on the Counselor Power 50 list after overseeing a year-over-year revenue increase of 7.2% in 2024 at his Hauppauge, NY-based supplier, in addition to earning high marks from the promo industry on the Counselor Power 50 survey.

The native of Israel, who founded Counselor Top 40 supplier Tekweld (asi/90807) in 2004 after identifying an opportunity to offer full-color imprinting on promotional products, has been instrumental in the expansion of a comprehensive product line that now includes everything from sanitizer to stickers, as well as apparel, drinkware and custom packaging. This year, in addition to product line expansion, Tadmor has also overseen significant technology investments, particularly in automation and AI, in order to streamline the customer experience.

Tekweld was also named the number-one extra-large company on Counselor’s most recent Best Places to Work list; employees ranked the company highly in a number of areas, including talent allocation, team cooperation, cultural alignment with company goals and flexible work.
