Image Source Promotes Jeff Holt, Names Pete Toskey VP of Sales

The Kirkland, WA-headquartered distributorship said that longtime company leader Jeff Holt is rising from vice president of sales to the role of chief growth officer. Meanwhile, merch market veteran Pete “Taco” Toskey is coming aboard as vice president of sales.

“As Image Source looks to 2025, our key priority remains delivering success to our customers and our team,” said Tom Goos, president/CEO of Image Source. “The addition of Toskey to lead our sales team and Holt’s new role marks an exciting chapter in the company’s history, reinforcing our commitment to excellence and innovation in the promotional products industry.”
One of Image Source’s earliest hires, Holt joined the firm in 2002, playing what the company described as a foundational role in shaping its success. That’s included leading numerous strategic initiatives that have bolstered Image Source’s market position, Goos said. As chief growth officer, Holt will key in on generating incremental revenue and the strategic growth of the company.
Meanwhile, Toskey worked with Goos and the late Brian Haner, Image Source’s founder, prior to the establishment of the distributorship. Toskey’s resume is filled with roles at some of promo’s biggest and best-known companies.
Among other positions, he’s been senior director of sales at Counselor Top 40 distributor BAMKO (asi/131431), vice president of business development at former Counselor Top 40 distributor Touchstone (asi/345631) prior to it being acquired by Top 40 firm Boundless (asi/143717), vice president of sales and business development at Counselor Best Place to Work Pinnacle Promotions (asi/295986) and senior account executive at Counselor Top 40 distributor BDA (asi/137616).

The firm, which generates north of $30 million in annual revenue, sustained an emotional blow last year when Haner, who founded the company nearly 30 years ago, passed away. The Promotional Products Education Foundation has since started a scholarship in Haner’s name.
