Counselor Top 40 supplier S&S (asi/84358) is extending its FAST platform into Canada and making hard goods available on the platform in the U.S. through Counselor Top 40 supplier Hit Promotional Products (asi/61125).

Acquired last year by S&S, FAST is a software solution that connects distributors and decorators to a network of roughly 40 North American decorators. The platform is part of S&S Business Solutions, a suite of what the supplier calls “value-added, tech-enabled services” designed to help customers operate more efficiently and grow their businesses.

“FAST is a key innovation we are bringing to customers to support their growth,” said S&S Chief Strategy Officer Rob Hamill. “It’s all about providing customers with the opportunity and flexibility to say ‘yes’ to more orders regardless of decoration technique, order size, capacity, customer type or geographic need.”

By expanding into Canada, FAST will leverage S&S’s Canadian inventory and a network of Canadian decorators. It will also offer the ability to invoice transactions in Canadian dollars.

To add hard goods on the platform, FAST is integrating with Profill Solutions, the third-party logistics and fulfillment company owned by Hit. Categories such as drinkware, electronics and stationery are now available through FAST with no minimum order quantity.

S&S also announced that FAST will integrate with industry technology providers, including Facilisgroup and Chipply.

The expansion is one of many recent tech-related announcements by S&S. Just months ago, S&S introduced ApparelSoft IQ, a proprietary “machine-powered intelligence layer” that it designed to anticipate customer demand. Earlier this summer, Hamill told Counselor that S&S is first and foremost a technology company, and that it “just happens to sell a lot of T-shirts.”

S&S ranks second on Counselor’s most recent list of top suppliers, with 2025 North American promotional products revenue of $3.5 billion.
