Completing a remarkable rise, Hit Promotional Products has become the industry's largest hard goods supplier for the first time. Still, CEO (and Counselor Power 50 member) CJ Schmidt says 2025 was a year that tested the company’s resilience. And indeed, the company grew over 4% and added $28 million in revenue, while growing its product offerings by partnering with iClick (asi/62124) and offering a wide range of licensed America250 products. Hit is literally positioning itself too for better nationwide distribution with its new Ohio facility, scheduled to be up and running by Q4 this year and will allow for greater fulfillment across the Midwest. “In addition, we continued advancing technology across the business,” Schmidt says, “including the implementation of AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency, service and decision-making.”
