Koozie Group added the LoudCup brand to its portfolio earlier this year, offering the 23-oz. LoudCup tumbler (46509) to distributors. LoudCup tumblers are perfect for cheering and noisemaking at sporting events, pep rallies or team practices, according to the companies.
Now, Koozie Group will be manufacturing the tumbler as well, with production set to expand in the months to come.
“LoudCup has such a great story behind it. It was invented by a father of three who transformed a garage-built idea into a crowd-favorite product, and now we’re proud to assemble it right here in the USA,” said Joe Richards, vice president of marketing at Koozie Group. “Producing LoudCup at our Spring Hill, FL, facility means dependable quality and faster availability for our distributors, and more moments for fans to stand up and get loud.”
A double-insulated tumbler, the LoudCup has a patent-protected design that integrates a blowhorn into the sipper. The blowhorn is capable of producing up to 104 decibels of sound, allowing users to amplify their cheers while still keeping drinks cold.
“I built the LoudCup with a simple goal: help fans cheer louder. The Koozie Group team has brought that same enthusiasm to getting production up and running,” said Jay Conohan, inventor of the LoudCup. “With U.S.-based manufacturing, we can now get LoudCup into more hands, at more games quicker than ever.”
Koozie Group ranks sixth on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest suppliers in the industry, with 2025 North American promotional products revenue of $353.1 million. The company noted in its recently released 2025 social impact and sustainability report that 42% of its product portfolio is “USA Proud,” made or assembled in either Koozie Group facilities or sourced from other domestic partners.
