Koozie Group (asi/40480) has released its sixth annual social impact and sustainability report.

Koozie Group’s Keep It. Give It. program was launched in late 2020 with input from employees and focuses on three key areas: empowering people, environmental stewardship, and safety and social responsibility. Each year, the supplier highlights major milestones it has made in each of those areas, as well as sets ambitious goals for the future.

“Choosing the right partner means more than finding the right products,” said CEO Pierre Montaubin, a member of the Counselor Power 50 list of the most influential people in promo. “It means knowing who you’re doing business with.”

He added that “Keep It. Give It.” is more than just a slogan: “It’s how we operate.”

Other 2025 achievements detailed in the report include the addition of 450 items made or assembled in the USA under the Garyline brand; completion of a four-pillar SMETA audit across all six of its domestic sites, measuring labor standards, health and safety, environmental performance and ethics; the transition to products that don’t contain intentionally added PFAS “forever chemicals”; and expansion of its goingreen designation to more than 150 products.

The supplier also said it reduced workers’ compensation claims by 52% last year and provided over $42,500 in tuition reimbursement to employees.

Koozie Group maintained its EcoVadis Committed badge, as well as its Forest Stewardship Council and Sustainable Forestry Initiative certifications. Plus, the supplier said it offset unavoidable Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions through the purchase of high-quality carbon credits, and it continued the data gathering process for Scope 3 emissions.

“We still have a lot of work to do on our journey toward reducing our carbon footprint,” said Victoria Sierra, compliance and sustainability manager at Koozie Group, “but we are proud of the progress we’ve made so far and are excited for what we have in the works.”

Goals for 2026 include mapping out Tier 1 raw material suppliers that provide inputs for the goods Koozie Group manufactures. In 2027, Koozie Group is aiming for an EcoVadis Silver Medal and wants to grow its goingreen designation to represent at least 50% of its product portfolio. By the end of 2027, the supplier expects to have completed the first phase of publishing the carbon footprint of every product it offers. In addition, the supplier plans to conduct desktop audits of Tier 1 raw material suppliers and begin mapping out its Tier 2 suppliers.

Koozie Group ranks sixth on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest suppliers in the industry, with 2025 North American promotional products revenue of $353.1 million.
