It might still be winter, but the top supplier in the promo industry is ready for spring. SanMar (asi/84863) has released 150 styles across 19 brands as part of its spring product line. According to the Issaquah, WA-headquartered supplier, the launch is all about what’s trending now – fresh looks, legendary performance and retail-inspired details.
Introducing ‘America’s Favorite Cap’ & Other Richardson Apparel
In October, SanMar announced plans to add Richardson headwear and apparel to its 2026 lineup. The supplier is now bringing those plans to fruition by incorporating Richardson headwear and apparel into the launch.
“Richardson has been the most requested brand from our customers, and we’re thrilled to finally make it part of the SanMar lineup,” says Steve Cuthbert, chief revenue officer at SanMar. “This launch delivers the iconic styles people know and love, paired with the quality apparel and service they expect from SanMar. It’s a win for every customer looking to elevate their headwear and apparel programs on and off the field.”
The spring launch features 31 of Richardson’s most popular caps, including the popular 112 Trucker, what Richardson calls “America’s Favorite Cap.” The new assortment includes 15 performance apparel styles designed exclusively for SanMar.
The 112 Trucker (112PL) will be one of 31 Richardson products now offered by SanMar (asi/84863).
Dressing the Part With Mercer+Mettle Tailored, Breathable Uniforms
It’s an ongoing challenge: looking nice while remaining comfortable. That’s the balance SanMar is looking to strike with Capital Tech Suiting, the first complete tailored uniform collection of separates for the supplier. The warp-knit blazers, such as the Mercer+Mettle Women’s Capital Tech Blazer (MM3033), and coordinating trousers deliver a polished look with stretch and comfort for all-day wear in three classic suiting colors for all genders.

“Capital Tech Suiting is all about giving our customers the option to offer a professional look while enhancing the wearability and functionality that makes these separates want-to-wear, not have-to-wear uniforming,” says Shelley Renning, vice president of merchandising at SanMar.
Sportswear, Fleece & Garment Dye Among SanMar’s Exclusive Spring Styles
SanMar’s updated lineup features several exclusive styles and innovations. Sport-Tek expands its Club and Reversible Mesh collections to include track tanks, shorts and lacrosse pinnies – created with 100% recycled polyester. Meanwhile, Port & Co.’s Easy Fleece, the brand’s lightest fleece yet, comes in 38 colors. And finally, District Wash’s Camo Fleece incorporates the garment dye process, a trend that has grown in industry popularity due to its ability to create custom color and look without committing to a ton of inventory.

The intersection of premium retail and promo only continues to grow, says Renning, and that’s certainly apparent in the expanded assortment of styles from brands like Nike, Carhartt and Brooks Brothers. TravisMathew Onward debuts a performance-driven collection that blends lifestyle versatility with active functionality. The OGIO Transcend collection also expands with women’s head-to-toe athleisure, including a new wide-leg pant (LOG864).

The supplier says its spring styles continue to incorporate sustainable innovation. From recycled fabrics to bluesign-approved materials, SanMar’s lineup now features 289 sustainable styles.
For example, sustainable fashion basics brand Stanley/Stella (asi/89011) – after a successful launch with SanMar last year – now expands its collection with two new fleece silhouettes: the Striker (SXU027) and Knoxer (SXU026) sweatshirts offer comfort with a nod to classic American heritage sportswear and incorporate details like ribbed side panels, raglan sleeves and a double-layered hood.

“Customers have shown us that premium sustainable apparel isn’t just appreciated – it’s expected,” says Emily Gigot, director of sustainability at SanMar. “Brands like Stanley/Stella have shown us that consciously produced clothing and fashion-forward design can go together, without sacrificing crafted details, rich colors and excellent decorability. I’m excited to see this collection expanding to provide even more options for teams and communities committed to reducing impact on the planet.”
Based on North American promotional product revenue of $3.8 billion, SanMar ranked first on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest suppliers in the industry.
