Stahls’ Partners With E-Commerce Platform Chipply

The software integration allows decorators to order direct-to-film transfers with one click.

Stahls’ (asi/88984), the St. Clair Shores, MI-based maker of heat printing equipment and supplies, has partnered with Chipply, a popular online store software for custom apparel decorators and team dealers. The integration promotes heat print on demand by introducing new automation features aimed at improving the order fulfillment process and overall efficiency using direct-to-film (DTF) transfers. According to Stahls’, the new integration will streamline the apparel decoration process, from building sites and acquiring orders to integrating blank suppliers, automating work orders, scheduling shipping and generating invoices.

The key benefit, Stahls’ says, is the new API connection to the Stahls’ artwork dashboard, which allows for one-click ordering of UltraColor MAX DTF heat transfers directly from the Chipply order management software. Thanks to the partnership, apparel decorators can reduce the need for manual data entry and in-house equipment, enabling businesses of any size to leverage heat printing and DTF transfers for a scalable, on-demand solution, the supplier notes.

The new partnership comes a month after Stahls’ announced the acquisition of Fulfill Engine, a software company that specializes in order fulfillment, supply chain management and e-commerce store integration. Stahls’ appeared on Counselor’s 2022 list of the Best Places to Work in the promo products industry. The Michigan-headquartered firm develops, manufactures and distributes heat printing technologies.
