Counselor Top 40 distributor HH Global (asi/168860) has reappointed Mike Perez to group CEO.

Perez has served at HH for 15 years, including a first stint as group CEO from 2021 to 2023. Before that, he held roles including CEO of the Americas business and as global managing director at the firm. He has been in a nonexecutive director and board member position since 2023, and now replaces Kristian Elgey upon his return to the C suite.

Nadia Pelekanos, HH Global’s chief client officer for retail, luxury and fast-moving consumer goods, has also been promoted to the role of deputy group CEO.

“Together, they will lead the business as it focuses on accelerating growth, enhancing client value and investing in the technology, data and AI capabilities that are shaping the future of marketing activation,” the company said in a statement, as reported by Printweek.

The firm also added Matt Noe as its chief people officer just last month.

With reported North American promotional products-specific sales of $456.6 million, the company ranks seventh on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest distributors in the industry.
