The Counselor Top 40 distributor and parent company of VistaPrint and National Pen (asi/281040), announced a $10 million strategic investment into Earth Brands, which makes custom-branded cups and food service packaging.

“Their investment reinforces our commitment to American-made custom packaging, low minimums and quick lead times – helping us deliver a better product on better terms for busy operators,” Earth Brands co-founder Peter Frelinghuysen said, per reporting from Printweek. “Today, that powers 500 food service businesses and thousands of individual storefronts; with Cimpress behind us, we’re building toward every operator in the country.”

Earth Brands reportedly plans to use the cash injection to enhance its product offerings and ensure faster turnarounds with more competitive pricing and “less friction.”

Cimpress has had a solid year so far. In July, the company reported annual revenue of $3.74 billion for the 2026 fiscal year, with fourth-quarter revenue of $945 million – a 9% year-over-year increase for Q4 and 10% increase over the previous fiscal year. In May, the company announced that it had purchased German print companies SAXOPRINT and viaprinto.

Based on North American promotional products revenue of $350.9 million, Cimpress ranks 10th on Counselor’s most recent list of largest distributors in the industry. As of Oct. 13, 2026, Cimpress (NASDAQ: CMPR) shares were trading at approximately $74.83.
