The publicly traded company, headquartered in Dunkirk, Ireland, moves up a spot on this year’s list with estimated sales growth of 7.5%. The mass customization giant announced a strategic initiative to combine the capabilities of some of its subsidiaries, including National Pen, BuildASign and VistaPrint, with the business segments sharing resources such as product development, sourcing, manufacturing and marketing. This new approach also came with a title bump for Bryan Kranik, the CEO of BuildASign, whose role has now expanded to CEO of National Pen. (Kranik replaced Peter Kelly, the former National Pen president and CEO and 2018 Counselor International Person of the Year.)
