Lori Rogge has a new role as senior director of sales support at American Solutions for Business (ASB; asi/120075).

Rogge joined the Counselor Top 40 distributor more than 28 years ago, having started her career as a customer service representative. She has since served in several roles at the Glenwood, MN-based distributor, including enterprise onboarding and support manager and, most recently, director of sales support. According to ASB, she has developed strong relationships across the organization while helping develop and mentor countless team members during her tenure at the firm.

“Lori is an amazing individual; her years of service speak volumes of her dedication to ASB and her team,” said Miriah Cassidy, vice president of operations. “It is an honor to have her as a main player on our operations leadership team.”

In her new role, Rogge will be responsible for supporting ASB’s service representatives, prompt pay compliance and expanded services teams.

“Leading a department of more than 100 individuals is both rewarding and inspiring,” Rogge said. “Watching team members grow in knowledge and experience while adapting to change has been one of the most fulfilling parts of my career. As I step into this new role supporting both sales support and expanded services, I look forward to continuing to learn, collaborate across departments and support our teams and sales associates in new ways.”

Founded in 1981, ASB ranks 12th on Counselor’s most recent list of largest distributors in the industry based on 2024 North American promotional products revenue of $325.1 million. New rankings are due out in July.
