“One of the things that makes Thumbprint different is that we don’t just grow our business; we grow our people,” said Tom Rector, founder and CEO of Thumbprint. “Brandi and Brandon have helped build this company through every stage of our journey. They represent the kind of leaders who quietly make extraordinary things happen every single day.”

Johnson joined ScreenBroidery (which acquired Thumbprint last year) in 2015 as order manager, and was most recently the director of operations for the merged firms. Over the past 11 years, she’s developed and managed the operational systems that are critical for client programs.

“Known throughout the organization for her precision, consistency and relentless commitment to quality, she has become one of the driving forces behind Thumbprint’s ability to execute for some of the world’s largest brands,” said the company.

In her new role, Johnson will be responsible for operational consistency, scalability and maintaining high levels of customer service as the company continues to grow.

Meanwhile, Holloway joined Thumbprint in 2014 as director of logistics and since then has managed warehouse operations and helped Thumbprint expand to multiple locations that include shipping, inventory management and fulfillment.

Now, he will spearhead logistics and fulfillment across the company’s expanding infrastructure and account growth.

“Brandon embodies what great operations leadership looks like,” Rector said. “He’s solutions-oriented, deeply committed to our clients and genuinely cares about his team. Our clients experience reliability because Brandon and his team work tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure every detail is right.”

Thumbprint is the joint company that merged after ScreenBroidery acquired Thumbprint in 2025. The firm then rebranded under the Thumbprint name. In addition to its headquarters in Indianapolis, Thumbprint has locations in Orlando and Dallas.
