Shirt Lab Vegas includes speakers (clockwise from top left) Davis Slagle of BeeGraphix, Ali Banholzer of Shirt Lab, Jesse Freeby of Corvallis Custom, Rob Watson of Counselor Top 40 supplier Vantage Apparel (asi/93390) and Alex Phelan of Merchadise.

The event, set for Sept. 22 at the Stoked on Printing production facility in Las Vegas, takes place the day before PRINTING United Expo, an intentional decision to give shops already traveling to the show an opportunity to easily attend.

“Almost every shop I talk to has a few online stores,” said Marshall Atkinson, co-founder of Shirt Lab. “What they don’t always have is a program. This event is about helping shops turn scattered online store activity into a more consistent, repeatable and profitable revenue engine.”

The agenda will follow the full online store life cycle, including how to land better store opportunities, build stores that sell, improve fulfillment, protect margin, use systems and AI to scale, and apply lessons from real-world store programs.

Speakers include Davis Slagle, vice president of BeeGraphix; Jesse Freeby, president of Corvallis Custom; Rob Watson, CEO of Counselor Top 40 supplier Vantage Apparel (asi/93390) and a member of the Counselor Power 50 list; Alex Phelan, CEO of Merchadise; and Ali Banholzer, one of Shirt Lab’s owners.

In-person attendance will be capped at 100, though a live virtual option is also available. Tickets are $497 for general attendees and $297 for Shirt Lab Tribe members and include a networking event the night before on Sept. 21 for in-person attendees.
