Hit Promotional Products, Profill Solutions Name Brian Porter VP of Business Development

Industry veteran and Counselor Power 50 member Brian Porter is joining one of the largest suppliers in the promo industry.
Counselor Top 40 supplier Hit Promotional Products (asi/61125) has announced that Porter will serve as vice president of business development for Profill Solutions and Hit.

The company said he will act as a liaison to the Hit Promotional Products sales team as both Hit and Profill expand their combined service offerings.
“Brian brings tremendous industry experience, strong customer relationships and a proven ability to create growth,” said Mike Welker, president of Profill. “He will help us connect Profill’s operational and technology capabilities with the needs of both new and existing partners.”
Porter brings more than three decades of experience in sales, marketing and business development within the promotional products industry. He most recently served as chief revenue officer of Counselor Top 40 supplier Starline (asi/89320), where he oversaw sales, marketing, customer service and inside sales.

Porter’s appointment comes as Hit and Profill are slated to open a new 800,000-square-foot fulfillment facility in Fairfield, OH, this September. Profill is a third-party logistics and fulfillment company owned by Hit.

Based on reported 2024 North American promotional products revenue of $655.1 million, Hit Promotional Products ranks fifth on Counselor’s most recent list of largest suppliers in the industry. The new rankings will be released tonight at the Counselor Awards in ASI Show Chicago.
