Counselor Top 40 supplier Vantage Apparel (asi/93390) has completed a company-wide training initiative.

The Avenel, NJ-based company worked in tandem with Middlesex College’s Professional Development Series and the New Jersey Workplace Training Program (NJBIA) to offer more than 100 hours of educational content for its employees, in areas such as leadership, communication, problem-solving and productivity.

“Our employees are the foundation of everything we do,” said Miguelina Diaz, director of human resources at Vantage Apparel. “Providing opportunities for continuous learning not only helps individuals grow professionally, but also strengthens our teams and empowers a better experience for our customers.”

The company, a Counselor Best Place to Work, said the initiative indicates a collective commitment to employee development, operational excellence and a culture of continual improvement through learning.
