As strategic growth manager, Miller will focus on national strategic accounts, buying group partnerships, channel development, industry relationships and market expansion, the company said. She’ll also help strengthen J.Charles’ market position by contributing to education and programs that help distributor partners uncover new opportunities in gifting and promo.
Miller brings more than 20 years of experience in both the supplier and distributor sides of promo. Prior to joining J.Charles, Miller served as national sales director at Jacksonville, FL-based Express DTF Transfers. She also spent 21 years at Promo Penguin, a distributorship she founded in 2003. Before that, she held roles at Nashville, TN-based distributor Goldner Associates (asi/209686) and New Kensington, PA-based Leed’s, part of Counselor Top 40 supplier PCNA (asi/66887).

Headquartered in Erlanger, KY, J.Charles provides awards, recognition products and gifts. It was named Counselor’s Supplier Family Business of the Year in 2024.
