The Allegra Marketing Print Mail (asi/372000) franchise in Lisle, IL, has acquired PrintSmart Printing, a commercial printer located in nearby Woodridge, IL. Financial terms of the acquisition weren’t disclosed.

With the acquisition, Allegra Lisle said it will be able to serve more businesses and organizations in the greater Naperville area, expanding access to marketing, print and mail solutions, custom signage and graphics services. All operations will continue to be based out of Allegra Lisle’s facilities, which it said are easily accessible for both DuPage and Will County communities.
