Despite feeling the pressure of tariff-related cost increases from suppliers, the Oshkosh, WI-headquartered distributor reported a 1% revenue increase in the first half of the year to $666.4 million, a figure driven by higher average order values.

Total orders, meanwhile, decreased by 1%, while average order value increased by 3% due mainly to price adjustments. Gross margins dipped just slightly from 32.8% to 31.5%. New customer orders were down 7% year over year at 202,000, but they improved as the first half progressed.

As a result, the Counselor Top 40 distributor lifted its full-year outlook, forecasting full-year revenue to come in slightly above 2025’s $1.35 billion, and adjusted profit before tax of approximately $130 million.

“The board is encouraged by the Group’s first-half performance, in particular, the improvement in new customer orders through the period and the effective management of gross profit margin pressure resulting from tariff-related cost increases realized in the period,” said Paul Forman, chairman of 4imprint Group. He added that he’s “been impressed by the quality of the business and management team,” and that the board remains confident in 4imprint’s strategy, competitive position and long-term growth opportunity.

Based on 2025 North American promotional products revenue of $1.3 billion, 4imprint ranks first on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest distributors in the industry.
