Despite a decline in revenue in 2025, 4imprint – which celebrated its 40th anniversary last year – remains the largest distributor in the promo industry for the fourth consecutive year, with $1.3 billion in North American sales. “We’re very proud of how the team worked together, and with our supplier partners, to navigate a year filled with plenty of twists and turns,” says Kevin Lyons-Tarr, CEO and a member of Counselor’s Power 50. “Even with all of the challenges out there, we continued to invest in the future and strengthen our team and the business.”

At 4imprint’s Annual General Meeting for shareholders in May, Chairman Paul Forman (who took over for departing Chairman Paul Moody) announced that revenue for 2026 was “consistent with the same period in 2025,” with slightly lower gross margins due to tariff-related cost increases, which were “manageable.”
