Lower influence ratings from the promo industry on the Counselor Power 50 survey, along with slowed growth at Counselor Top 40 distributor 4imprint (asi/197045), cause Kevin Lyons-Tarr and Suzanne Worwood to fall six spots on this year’s list. The largest distributor in the industry saw North American revenue drop by 1.6% in 2025. The publicly traded company reported better-than-expected results for the first half of 2026, with growth of 1% driven by higher average order values.

“We’ve been proud of how the team has continued to execute the key elements of our strategic plan,” says Lyons-Tarr, 4imprint’s CEO. “We’ve done quite a bit to strengthen and develop our team and foster a workplace culture that has been nationally recognized for the 19th straight year [as a certified Great Place To Work]. I’m also grateful for the support of our supplier partners as we continue to work together to forge meaningful, lasting and successful relationships.”

Indeed, the culture of caring fostered by Lyons-Tarr and Worwood (the distributor’s chief product, supply chain & sustainability officer) continues to extend internally and externally. The distributor was named both a Fortune Best Workplace and a Forbes Best Midsize Employer. “The company also continued its ‘one by one’ promotional products grant program, awarding nearly 3,100 grants to charitable organizations in the first half of 2026.

AI Perspective

Lyons-Tarr: “We’re using AI in a variety of ways across the business in software engineering, training, marketing, process improvement, analytics and more. The pace of change is amazing, and that always presents a combination of risks and opportunities.”
