Decorating Roundup: World Emblem Offers Embroidery Alternative
Plus, Roland DGA has partnered with Vastex for a direct-to-film bundle, and International Coatings brought back a popular screen-printing ink color.
Counselor Top 40 supplier World Emblem (asi/98264) is offering what it calls a cost-effective alternative to direct embroidery. Flexbroidery patches feature intricate detail and a raised texture and can be applied to products in-house with low-melt heat-seals.
World Emblem said it designed the patented product to streamline production and reduce expenses for clients, including unlimited color selection without additional charges.
“Thanks to its convenient heat pressing application method, Flexbroidery opens up a new realm of possibilities for achieving an embroidered appearance without threads, hoops or machinery,” said Randy Carr, president and CEO of World Emblem. “From corporate branding to personal projects, Flexbroidery patches are built to last, making them an ideal choice for uniforms, accessories and apparel.”
The Hollywood, FL-based World Emblem ships close to 250 million products a year for sports headwear, footwear, sports garments and uniforms. With 2023 North American promotional products revenue of $100 million, World Emblem ranked 20th on Counselor’s most recent list of top suppliers.
