A Top 40 supplier has a new member of its C-suite.

Cap America (asi/43792) has promoted Sarah Burgin to the position of Chief Operating Officer. Burgin joined Cap America in 2015 as director of human resources, and was most recently the vice president of finance. In her new role, Burgin will spearhead and implement all operational strategies.

Burgin received a bachelor’s degree in business management from Central Methodist University, where she was also an adjunct professor of business. She holds an MBA from Southeast Missouri State University. Burgin has experience in retail business management.

Based on 2022 North American promotional products sales of $76.8 million, Cap America ranked 23^rd on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest suppliers in the industry.
