Hollywood, FL-based supplier World Emblem (asi/98264) has announced a partnership with New York-based BendShape Mask, a producer of face masks.

As a result, the companies will scale manufacturing of the Quartz ASTM3 surgical mask, which they say has a bacterial and particle filtration efficiency of over 98%. The mask comes in multiple sizes with an adjustable ear loop and head strap option.

“We are proud to partner with a veteran manufacturer like World Emblem,” Steven Sanders, CEO of BendShape Mask, said in a press release. “Quartz was built by a team of U.S. material scientists, chemists and textile engineers to lead the transparent mask market with the highest bi-directional filtration performance and the largest clear window in a sealed mask.”

The Quartz ASTM3 disposable surgical mask is available for preorder and will start shipping in April.
