The Pittsburgh, PA-based supplier has appointed Becki Heinen as director of customer success and promoted Brandy Ferguson to director of customer care. The news comes just days after PCNA announced the hiring of Kimberly DiGiandomenico as vice president of national accounts.

Heinen comes to PCNA with nearly a decade of industry experience. Most recently, she served as director of sales engineering at Facilisgroup, where she focused on building scalable client experiences meant to support revenue growth and long-term client value.

In her new role, Heinen will help lead PCNA’s customer success organization and support strategic initiatives designed to enhance the overall customer experience.

“My focus will be on identifying opportunities to strengthen our customer success program and connecting the dots across people, process, data and technology,” said Heinen. “By translating business needs into solutions that drive adoption, results and revenue, I am excited to help deliver stronger customer experiences and continued success for PCNA.”

Ferguson, who has been with PCNA for 20 years, will now take ownership of PCNA’s customer care organization, including order processing, customer service and customer care operations. She began her career as a customer service representative and retention specialist before moving into management as an operations supervisor. Most recently, she served as a manager at the firm.
