HALO (asi/356000) is adding two new distributorships to its growing portfolio.
The Counselor Top 40 distributor has announced the acquisitions of Portland, OR-based performance apparel and accessories firm Leslie Jordan Inc. and St. Louis-based T & P Incentives. Financial details were not disclosed for either deal.
HALO says that the two deals expand its capabilities, customer reach and specialized expertise across branded products, custom apparel, event merchandising and related services.
“Growth for HALO is not simply about adding scale; it is about bringing together people, relationships and capabilities that strengthen the whole platform,” said Ameed Mallick, executive vice president, seller platform at HALO. “We’re thrilled to welcome the T & P and Leslie Jordan teams and offerings, which give our clients greater choice, flexibility and executional reach, while also expanding HALO’s overall ability to bring brand worlds to life in more places and more ways.”
Leslie Jordan and T & P will maintain their respective names, staff and operating locations, HALO said.
Founded in 1986, Leslie Jordan has grown from a provider of performance jackets to a recognized distributor focused on event merchandising, creative and logistics for endurance running, walking and cycling events.
“Our strength is turning an event identity into thoughtful, custom performance apparel, medals, accessories and event merchandise that participants are proud to wear and remember,” said Leslie Jordan, the company’s founder. “We’re excited about joining HALO and the new possibilities it opens for the events and communities we serve.”
Through the acquisition, Leslie Jordan customers will gain access to HALO’s broader product offerings, more flexible fulfillment and other tools for onsite and e-commerce event merchandising, which “allows us to extend our work while preserving the personal service and specialized expertise our customers value,” Jordan added.
T & P, meanwhile, has provided branded products and marketing solutions for customers in and around St. Louis since 1983. In addition to supporting various corporate, recognition and company store initiatives, it has also been recognized for developed customized safety programs.
“T & P has always been built on understanding what our customers are trying to achieve and staying close enough to help them achieve their marketing goals,” said Joe Wientge, owner of T & P Incentives. “Joining HALO gives our team and our customers the best of both worlds: the personal, relationship-first service they know from T & P, paired with broader resources, supplier access and capabilities to put at the service of our longtime marketing partners.”
HALO has overseen several other acquisitions over the last few years. The company purchased Gainesville, FL-headquartered distributor What’s Happening Promotions (asi/359209) last year. It also purchased Wisconsin distributor Think it Then ink it in 2024.
HALO ranks second on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest distributors in the industry based on 2025 North American promotional products revenue of $964.4 million.
