The San Antonio-based distributor and Counselor Best Place to Work has acquired Indiana, PA-based Red Oak Branded Solutions. According to YNIS, the strategic alliance will allow the company to expand into Pennsylvania and beyond. Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
“We are incredibly excited to welcome Red Oak Branded Solutions into the YNIS family,” said Josh King, CEO of YNIS. “While their track record of excellence is impressive, what truly drew us to this partnership was the caliber of the people within the organization.”
Founded in 2003 by Jay DiNucci, Red Oak has built a strong reputation based on reliability and decades-long partnerships, according to YNIS. Red Oak will now operate under the YNIS name.
“This decision was about finding the right long-term home for our clients and team,” said DiNucci, who is now transitioning into the role of vice president of sales – Northeast region at YNIS. “I’ve known and respected Josh and the YNIS team for more than eight years and have always admired their leadership and commitment to the industry.
