Sky High Marketing Acquires In the Bag Promotions

The firm, which operates out of Las Vegas and Milwaukee, has inked a deal to acquire Idaho-based distributor In the Bag Promotions. The acquisition expands Sky High Marketing’s operations into Boise, ID. Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
“The opportunity to expand our operations into Boise represents a significant step in our team’s continued growth,” said Josh Kozinski, CEO of Sky High Marketing. “This expansion allows us to strengthen our relationships with our existing clients and welcome new clients across the region. We’re dedicated to making the strategic investments that will elevate our service and expand our capabilities.”
Dan and Lori Reading, who founded In the Bag Promotions in 2011, will retire from their roles as part of the transition. They will remain active through July 2026 to support a smooth transition for clients and team members. In the Bag Promotions will also retain its branding until that time, but will begin operating under the Sky High Marketing name on July 1.

The acquisition of In the Bag Promotions expands Sky High Marketing’s capabilities with the addition of laser engraving and premium printed media services. It also brings the firm’s embroidery and screen-printing services to the West Coast.
Sky High said the facility will support the expansion of decoration services and resources available to its clients.
Sky High Marketing’s acquisition of In the Bag Promotions is one of many it’s made over the last few years. In 2023, the firm merged with At Your Service, a deal that executives said brought sales into the $15 million range. Earlier this year, the firm acquired Maple Avenue Printing & Embroidery, adding in-house screen printing to its services.
