Fully Promoted Welcomes More Than 200 Attendees to Its Annual Summit

The theme, “Raising the Bar,” encouraged the more than 200 franchise owners, vendor partners and staff to think beyond the status quo in the areas of consultative selling and client relationships.

“This year’s summit was about evolution,” says Andrew Titus, president of Fully Promoted and a member of the Counselor Power 50 list of the most influential people in promo. “Over the past three years, we’ve strengthened our marketing tools, expanded education and training, and enhanced our sales resources. Now it’s time to implement at a higher level. ‘Raising the Bar’ means refining our processes, strengthening operations and delivering a premium experience that truly differentiates Fully Promoted in the marketplace.”
Attendees had the opportunity to attend professional development sessions, like profitability strategies and opportunity in the incentives/gifts category; participate in networking opportunities; and glean important insights from keynoters such as former NBA player and motivational speaker Walter Bond, who discussed resilience, discipline and high-level performance, and Ray Titus, chairman and CEO of United Franchise Group, parent company of Fully Promoted, and founder of Fully Promoted.
“Fully Promoted has already made significant strides over the last several years, strengthening systems, expanding capabilities and investing in franchise owners,” said Ray Titus, a member of the Counselor Power 50, during his address. “‘Raising the Bar’ is about taking that progress and turning it into disciplined execution at the local level. When our franchisees commit to excellence in service, sales and leadership, we don’t just grow – we set the standard for our industry.”
