The St. Louis-headquartered print-on-demand manufacturing and fulfillment company has announced the appointment of Yoann Giorsetti as director of sales, marking the creation of PTG’s first formal sales department in its 14-year history. The supplier said the move reflects its broader shift from behind-the-scenes operations toward a more visible presence in the marketplace.

Giorsetti joins the company from decorated-apparel equipment and accessories company Siser North America, where he spent 23 years and rose to roles including managing director and senior vice president. During his tenure, he held full P&L responsibility, led the company’s expansion into new retail channels and oversaw teams across sales, service and product development. He also played a central role in Siser’s marketing strategy and brand growth.

“Pic The Gift has built something a lot of companies in this space talk about and never achieve: real manufacturing capability, quality control and reliability, all under one roof,” said Giorsetti. “What drew me here is the chance to build a sales organization from scratch around a company that already delivers on its promises. That is a rare position to be in, and I intend to make the most of it.”

Founded in 2012, PTG is a vertically integrated B2B print-on-demand manufacturing and fulfillment company specializing in personalized products. The company operates three production facilities across Missouri offering dye-sublimation printing, pressing, cutting, sewing and white-label packaging. The firm acquired Lone Jack, MO-based sublimation printer Just Vision It in May.
