The Oakville, ON-based distributor has promoted Rebecca Korhonen to the position of vice president of process excellence. In her new role, she’ll be responsible for leading process alignment and operational execution, as well as building scalable systems for long-term growth of the company.

Korhonen joined Promotional Source in 2023 as director of process excellence. “Rebecca has been instrumental in building the operational foundation of our business,” says CEO Craig Kaplan. “Her ability to bring structure and accountability to complex workflows makes her the right leader as we continue to scale.”
Moving forward, all departments at Promotional Source (aside from sales) will report via managers to Korhonen, which will improve cross-functional alignment across the company.
Just before joining Promotional Source, which received PPPC awards for both Large Enterprise Distributor and National Distributor of the Year in 2024, Korhonen was senior partner success manager at Facilisgroup for three years. She also spent 17 years at McCabe Promotional Advertising (asi/264901), beginning as a customer service manager and rising to operations manager.
