“This increase was driven by some large program wins secured in the past few quarters, which resulted in roll-out revenue in the second quarter,” BAMKO CEO and Counselor Power 50 member Jake Himelstein told Counselor.

BAMKO’s EBITDA also increased by nearly 25% in Q2 2026 compared to the same period last year.

SGC, which also owns several healthcare apparel businesses and contact centers, reported total net sales of $147.8 million, up from $144.0 million in Q2 2025.

The company also confirmed its 2026 full-year outlook, forecasting net sales in the range of $572.0 million to $585.0 million, up from 2025 net sales of $566.2 million.

“We are navigating through soft market conditions, and we see growth opportunities ahead for all three of our attractive businesses,” said Michael Benstock, CEO of SGC. “Our guidance continues to reflect stronger results in the back half of the year given seasonal factors.”

BAMKO, for its part, is optimistic about future growth. “Our backlog and pipeline continue to be extremely strong,” says Himelstein. “We have invested heavily in sales and marketing leadership talent this year. We believe the combination of these factors will continue to drive growth in the coming quarters and years.”

BAMKO ranks 11th on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest distributors in the industry, based on 2025 North American promotional products revenue of $350.0 million.
