SanMar Appoints Chantelle McCall and Barb Herman to VP Roles

McCall joined SanMar in 1991 as director of inside sales, and since then has helped expand the team from approximately 15 people into a nationwide organization of more than 600 team members.

In her new role, McCall will focus on developing leaders across the sales team, creating operational clarity, and fostering a culture rooted in trust, accountability and growth, according to SanMar.

“Over the course of her career at SanMar, Chantelle has done an exceptional job leading and developing our inside sales organization,” said Steve Cuthbert, chief revenue officer at SanMar. “Her leadership has consistently delivered best-in-class service to our customers and strengthened our sales operations. This promotion is a well-deserved recognition of her impact and results.”

Herman joined SanMar in 2006 as director of uniform sales, bringing several years of experience in the textile and decorated apparel industry. Prior to her promotion, she served as senior director of sales at SanMar for three years.

In her expanded role as vice president of outside sales, Herman will oversee digital sales and strategic accounts, with a focus on team development, deepening customer and partner relationships, and driving alignment across growth channels.

“Barb has played a critical role in building a strong, scalable outside sales organization,” Cuthbert said. “Her focus on talent development and leadership has positioned us well for continued growth, and I’m excited to see her impact in this role.”
