I have so many prized merch possessions, but I’m going to go with my most recent favorite, the Jouncito 30W speaker from RUPT (asi/84203) that I received as part of a self-promo campaign featuring my mantra, “Lemons to Lemonade.” I only promote what I stand behind, and the quality of this speaker blows most of the others out of the water.

I use it daily at my desk and for conference calls. It also travels with me. Music is great to set the mood or energy for my day, so I definitely keep this speaker nearby.
I love how “Lemons to Lemonade” is printed across the full speaker. This is the mindset I’ve used to live my life and build my business. Each time I play my music on the speaker, it serves as a reminder: Life is 10% what happens to us and 90% the way we respond.

Clients see and hear it and remark on the quality. It helps to spark conversations about intentional branding and choosing a product that makes people feel something. I believe in quality and storytelling. There’s a lot of symbolism in speakers, and this says I help my clients’ messages speak volumes. In other words, “amplifying” them.
Why are promo products so powerful? Gosh, where do I begin? In the world of advertising and branding, promotional products are still a very underutilized, amazing resource. They’re one of the few forms of advertising that people keep and use. Oftentimes they’re retained for years, creating an impressive cost-per-impression. Even more than a financial return on investment, promotional products create a sense of belonging, foster brand loyalty, boost employee morale, spark conversation, evoke emotions and form memories.
