HALO Branded Solutions (asi/356000) announced that A Branovan Company (asi/145008) has affiliated with the Top 40 distributor. “We are pleased to welcome the Branovan Company team to the HALO family,” said Dale Limes, senior vice president of sales for HALO. “Their affiliation will improve our presence in a key Midwest market and will add blue-chip Branovan Company clients to HALO’s industry-leading support platform.”

Based out of Milwaukee, the distributor is led by CEO Marie Branovan and President David Branovan. “We wanted to take our business to the next level,” said David. “HALO’s technology, marketing and financial resources will take a great deal of stress away so we can focus on selling, growing our business and providing more benefits to our loyal clients.”

A Branovan Company will remain in its current Milwaukee office, but order support and financial aspects of the business will be transferred to HALO’s headquarters in Sterling, IL.

HALO ranks as the fifth-largest distributor in the industry with $249.6 million in 2015 North American promotional product revenue. In April the distributor was purchased by Boston-based investment firm Audax Management Company along with HALO senior management.
