Sergio Munoz Joins Add Impact as VP of Sales & Marketing
Most recently, he was VP of business development at Ontario-based Debco, part of Top 40 supplier HPG.
A well-known member of the Canadian promo industry – and long-time supplier – will soon join a distributor.
Sergio Munoz has been appointed vice president of sales & marketing at Add Impact (asi/106606) in Woodbridge, ON. Munoz has over 15 years of experience in executive management, business development and strategy, including 14 years with Concord, ON-based Debco, now part of Top 40 supplier HPG (asi/61966). He will contribute to Add Impact’s growth with a focus on relationships, culture and core values, according to the company.
“We’re incredibly excited to add such a dynamic individual to our team,” says President Remo Niceforo. “Sergio’s leadership and exceptional sales and marketing skills will raise our organization to a new level and help Add Impact stand out further in today’s crowded social media landscape. His strategic and innovative approach will not only elevate our brand, but also attract new talent to our already robust and dedicated team. We’re looking forward to doing great things and a prosperous future together.”
Munoz, a PPPC director, is currently the vice president of business development at Debco, a position he will leave on Dec 20. “I’m thrilled to join a team as dedicated as Add Impact, a company with an unbelievable reputation for white-glove service,” he says. “I’m excited for this new challenge and to deploy my expertise in sales, digital marketing and strategic business development. Together, we will push the boundaries and set new industry standards.”
Munoz adds that he looks back fondly on his time at Debco. “It’s been my home and the team has been my promo family for over a decade,” he says. “I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve managed to achieve together and grateful for all the support I’ve received over the years from Debco, HPG and all of the customers I have had the good fortune to work with. I am beyond excited by the new challenges that lay ahead.”
