The Book Company Partners With TableTopics

The Florida-based supplier will be selling the retail brand’s conversation starter sets in the industry.

TableTopics have been featured everywhere from The Today Show and Oprah Magazine, to HGTV, Vanity Fair and Cosmopolitan.

And now, Florida-based The Book Company (asi/41010) is selling the popular retail brand’s conversation starter sets in the promotional products industry through a new partnership.

The Book Company is now selling this TableTopics family-themed conversation starter set – and other themed discussion-sparking sets – in promo.

“Between the range of themes and array of possible uses, the TableTopics conversation sets are fun and affordable, making them an ideal promotional product choice for distributors seeking unique gift ideas,” said Roni Wright, vice president of The Book Company.

The TableTopics conversation starters feature question cards to help spark fun discussions. The questions in different sets vary, and are based around a range of themes. There are 35 such themes, including Family Gathering, Happiness, Cocktail, Inspiring Women, Golf, Pop Culture and Friendship.

Cristy Clarke founded TableTopics. The idea grew from a genuine desire to have more meaningful conversations with family and friends.

Clarke came up with the concept on her way to a holiday party, jotting down a few questions to ask each guest. Her fellow party-goers loved it and she did too. The next day, she did the same, this time around the dinner table with her husband and three young daughters – who also enjoyed the experience. From there, TableTopics was born.

“Each set,” Clarke said, “is full of questions you would have never thought to ask, so you’ll get to know your friends and family so much better.”

The Book Company specializes in being a supplier of published books and retail gift items to the promotional products industry. The firm said it offers for more than 3 million products from more than 100 leading publishing houses.
