Cap America Announces Key Leadership Updates

The Top 40 supplier says it’s been seeing a lot of growth recently.

Fredericktown, MO-based Cap America (asi/43792) is updating its leadership team as it continues on a growth trajectory. As part of that growth, the Top 40 supplier currently boasts 430 employees – the highest it’s ever had.

“Not only have we introduced new customers, but we have earned the continued business of our many distributor and dealer partners,” said Mark Gammon, CEO. “This is an exciting time for us, and I’m pleased to announce these well-deserved promotions from within as we realign to better provide exceptional service to our client base.”

Anessa Fritch has been named senior vice president of corporate development and strategy. Fritch, who has been with the supplier since 1993, will oversee customer experience, sales and administration.

Sarah Page has been promoted to senior vice president of overseas operations. Page, who previously coordinated global relations, assumes this role from predecessor Bob Rauh, who announced his retirement earlier this year. She will be in charge of overseeing the entire scope of Cap America’s international business.

Cory Cissell has been named vice president of customer experience. Cissell joined Cap America seven years ago and most recently held the position of vice president of marketing, where he collaborated with multiple teams. Now, he will also be heading the customer service department for the company.

Bryan Finch has been promoted to marketing manager. For the last decade, Finch served as the marketing graphic design supervisor, where he worked on branding and company image. His new position gives him wider responsibility, including new opportunities with all media avenues.

Rhyen Campbell has been promoted to communications and engagement strategist. Campbell, who previously held the position of content strategist, will transition into her new duties, which have more focus on engaging prospects and retaining customers alongside the sales team.

Cap America has been busy the last few months. In May, the supplier named Joel Krane as national sales manager. That same month, the firm acquired Minnesota-based custom knitwear company Wear-A-Knit. Gammon officially became CEO in at the beginning of the year. Plus, Jon Page was promoted to vice president of production, and Grace Schettler was promoted to vice president of sales.

With reported 2020 North American promotional products revenue of $38.2 million, Cap America ranked 38th on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest suppliers in the industry. Counselor’s 2022 Top 40 list will be revealed this month.
