Nadel Appoints Paul Emmer as VP of Revenue
The branded merch veteran is set to help the Top 40 distributor drive growth.
Top 40 distributor Nadel (asi/279600) has appointed branded merch industry veteran Paul Emmer to the newly established role of vice president of revenue. With nearly two decades in business transformation, sales and marketing, Emmer will bring that expertise to help drive growth at Nadel.
“I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Paul throughout the years, and I’m excited to have him now join Nadel,” said Debbie Abergel, chief strategy officer for Nadel and a member of Counselor’s Power 50 list of the most influential people in promo. “Paul is a visionary leader with extensive experience and poised to help steer Nadel toward continued success and growth.”
Abergel added that over the last few years, Nadel has grown from a $100 million company to a $215 million firm, and the appointment of Emmer is part of ongoing efforts to ramp up its management infrastructure.
Emmer has more than 18 years in the branded merch arena. Among his previous experience is a stint as partner at Top 40 distributor BAMKO (asi/131431). His tenure there was marked by the ability to effectively drive revenue and lead sales teams in a way that fostered growth and forged new business opportunities, resulting in substantial organizational expansion.
He also has more than five years of experiences in a diverse range of industries, from private equity firms to quick-service restaurant brands. His partnerships with C-suite executives have been instrumental in implementing transformative business strategies, streamlining organizational efficiencies and driving value creation, according to Nadel.

Nadel ranked 14th on Counselor’s most recent list of the top distributors in the industry, with 2022 North American promotional products revenue of $210 million.
