Brandi Johnson has played a pivotal role in helping drive growth at ScreenBroidery (asi/305623), a Counselor 2024 Best Places to Work distributorship.

For those efforts, Johnson has earned a promotion to director of operations at the Noblesville, IN-based firm.

Johnson joined ScreenBroidery in 2015 as a sales assistant/order processor. She earned a promotion to order manager/merchandise coordinator – a position in which she flourished, executives said.

Her leadership, strategic thinking and operational expertise helped propel ScreenBroidery’s 76% sales increase between 2021 and 2023, and were key factors in her promotion to director of operations.

In that new position, Johnson will work to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction through overseeing and optimizing ScreenBroidery’s day-to-day operations.

ScreenBroidery ranked 53^rd on Counselor’s 2024 Best Places to Work in promo list. The company hired 20 new people in 2023 to help supports its robust growth.
