FPS used water-based inks for the all-over screen print to preserve the light hand. “We sampled sublimated and screen-printed versions of the same tee, and they ended up choosing the screen-printed version because of the cost savings,” says Kevin Johnstone, director of sales and marketing for FPS Apparel.
