Proforma (asi/300094) has earned a place among Tampa Bay, FL’s most successful franchisors.

The Counselor Top 40 distributor has been named the third-largest franchisor by the Tampa Bay Business Journal (TBBJ).

Proforma has grown its footprint to 485 distributor locations throughout North America. The firm said its recent acquisition of Safeguard (asi/316203) will grow annual revenue by nearly $180 million while continuing to expand its base of distributorships, as well as the network’s presence and capabilities. Proforma operates two support center locations in North America – one in Tampa and another in Cleveland.

The TBBJ recognition is one of many Proforma has received over the last several years. More than 140 Proforma franchises have made the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies, with many earning the honor multiple times.

Based on 2024 North American promotional products revenue of $662 million, Proforma ranks fourth on Counselor’s most recent list of largest distributors in the industry. The new list is due out in July.
