The Lakeville, MA-based supplier has named Eric Cardoza to succeed Michael Moore in the top role at the family business. The transition is part of a long-term succession plan, the company said. Michael Moore, who owns the company alongside former company president Joel Moore, will stay on in an advisory role.
Cardoza joined Bay State seven years ago and most recently served as vice president of operations, where he guided the company through COVID-19-related disruption and ongoing global supply chain challenges.
