The Counselor Top 40 supplier has named Rubinshteyn to the role of director of sales development, where she’ll lead learning and development initiatives, sales training and professional development across the organization.

“Alina’s return to PCNA is incredibly exciting for our team,” said Mark Gammon, senior vice president of sales at PCNA. “She brings a unique perspective shaped by enterprise-level supplier and distributor sales leadership, along with a proven track record of building impactful training programs. We’re thrilled to welcome her back and confident she will elevate our sales organization.”

Rubinshteyn spent almost a decade at PCNA from 2011 to 2020, first as a field sales manager and then as a regional manager overseeing a team of 11 staff members focused on the central United States. She then went on to start her own venture, Liv2, a promo industry-specific training program, which later merged with Facilisgroup, where Rubinshteyn spent nearly three years as director of professional development. She’s also held vice president roles at activewear supplier RiserUnited, and most recently Counselor Top 40 supplier Goldstar (asi/73295).

“Bringing Alina back is a testament to the strong culture we continue to build at PCNA,” said Emily Douglas, vice president of revenue operations at PCNA. “We are committed to delivering meaningful value in every interaction with our distributor partners, and Alina’s leadership will play a key role in advancing that mission.”

Based on 2024 North American promotional products revenue of $659.8 million, PCNA ranks fourth on Counselor’s most recent list of the industry’s largest suppliers. The latest figures are due out in July.
