The platform allows clients to select from thousands of configurable product attributes – including patch shape, size, fabric, color, border type and backing – and generate digital samples in real time, removing the need to wait for a physical prototype before moving to production.

“AI is a game changer for World Emblem and its customers, and WE Vision is proof of the impact this technology can have on the apparel industry,” said Randy Carr, World Emblem CEO and a member of Counselor’s Power 50 list of the most influential people in promo.

The platform is expected to reduce physical sample production by up to 80%, which the company says would result in less material waste and fewer work hours spent on the pre-production process.

World Emblem says its next phase of AI development will focus on automating production scheduling – a process currently handled manually across its manufacturing plants. The company produces products for clients including New Era, Aramark, Counselor Top 40 distributor Cintas (asi/162167) and Levi’s.

World Emblem ranks 12th on Counselor’s most recent list of top suppliers, with estimated 2024 North American promotional products revenue of $145 million.
