Proforma Announces Five Leadership Promotions

The Independence, OH-headquartered firm, which supports a network of independent distributor affiliates across the nation, has named Michelle Dalton senior vice president of owner and supplier success; Evan Gall, vice president of e-commerce; Derek Boyer, vice president of sales and industry recruiting; Sandy Acosta, success coach manager; and Stephen Gainsburg, success coach.
Executives at Counselor Top 40 distributor Proforma (asi/300094) noted the promoted professionals have more than 60 years of experience in the print and promo industry.
All five work in Proforma’s Support Center, a 200-person-strong team that supports the distributorship’s more than 500 affiliates.

Going forward, Dalton, Boyer, Acosta and Gainsburg will work to create and implement new programs and elevate coaching initiatives to fuel sales growth. Gall will spearhead managing the service and support mechanisms of Proforma’s proprietary e-commerce platform, ProStores, which currently hosts over 12,000 dynamic stores.
