L2 Brands Acquires National Park-Inspired Brand Wild Tribute

L2 Brands (asi/75402), the parent company of League, Legacy, Ouray and Locale, is expanding into the national park preservation and conservation space.
The Hanover, PA-based supplier has inked a deal to acquire Wild Tribute, a brand best known for its national park-inspired apparel.
Wild Tribute was established to honor the parks, forests and wild places that define shared American experiences. The brand donates 4% of its proceeds to organizations that support conservation, infrastructure and public land access and has established strong partnerships across national and state parks.

L2 says Wild Tribute will continue to operate under its existing brand identity and business model, but will now have access to L2’s manufacturing capabilities and distribution network, positioning Wild Tribute to expand its reach across new geographies, channels and product categories – all while maintaining its mission and brand identity.

Wild Tribute’s product lineup includes nature and conservation-themed apparel, drinkware, tote bags, stickers and more. It features product lines such as the “Oceans Collection” – which gives back to initiatives supporting marine life and clean coastlines – and the “Sustainable Collection,” which includes a line of goods made from 100% organic cotton and recycled water bottles.
Under its current portfolio, L2 has established a niche in the collegiate, destination, golf and corporate markets spaces. The company says the addition of Wild Tribute will expand that expertise into the national park and conservation space.
L2 was established in 2018 when League and Legacy – two Pennsylvania apparel, décor and headwear brands – merged into one combined company. Both brands were founded in the early 1990s.
