Fully Promoted Unveils New Website, Brand Video

The revamped site includes a location search tool and access to Fully Promoted Connect for the Top 40 distributor’s franchisees.

Top 40 distributor Fully Promoted (asi/384000) has just launched a refreshed website and new brand video.

The overhauled website has a streamlined aesthetic and new features, including a location search tool for end-buyers to find nearby Fully Promoted showrooms, as well as synchronization with Fully Promoted Connect, a platform that provides digital marketing resources, financial reporting capabilities, social media account access and back-end analytics.

More than 165 franchisees in the U.S. also have their individual websites linked to the main company site to offer additional information for prospects and clients.

Fully Promoted (asi/384000) recently hired an agency to overhaul its website and produce a brand video promoting the distributor network to end-buyers. The video featured Michelle Bottino, owner of Fully Promoted of St. Charles in Illinois.

“We wanted to narrow down on who we are, what we do and why people choose to work with us,” said Fully Promoted President Andrew Titus, a member of Counselor’s Power 50 list of promo’s most influential people. “We wanted to focus on the core of our business.”

The improvements are the result of about a year’s worth of interviews with franchisees undertaken by a professional marketing agency. Titus also visited 74 locations around the country in the weeks after he became president of Fully Promoted in December 2022, asking candid questions about the Fully Promoted brand, website and franchisee support.

“Franchisees said that if Fully Promoted is going to offer a high-end, consultative approach for major end-buyer companies, the branding needed to be taken up a notch,” Titus shared. “And then at the ASI Power Summit last fall, I asked people what they knew about us and many of them thought we still do mostly embroidery. So, I knew we had to invest in something that tells our story.”

Titus and his team then hired a professional agency to overhaul the website and produce video reels along with an end-buyer-focused brand video that showcases three different end-buyer personas finding solutions at Fully Promoted.

The video also highlights the showroom at Fully Promoted of St. Charles, IL, owned by Michelle Bottino, to encourage these buyers to visit nearby locations for in-person consultations rather than ordering online. Fully Promoted has approximately 270 franchise locations around the world.

“We realized that we’re big, but people still don’t know us and don’t know what we do,” said Titus. “We’re amplifying the brand for both suppliers and end-buyers.”

With reported 2022 North American promotional products revenue of $123.7 million, Fully Promoted ranked 21st on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest distributors in the industry. The new list is due out this summer.
